Order Pricing Notice: We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes and refuse orders based on incorrect prices.

Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. If your product is defective, notify us and we will navigate the process with the manufacturer.

Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for repair or exchange whichever the manufacturer deems at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by Lynch’s delivery team for all local deliveries. Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, we will ensure your satisfication. Freight delivery policy varies. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store. Please note that all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Special order merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged or defective.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will be delivered out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when your purchase will be delivered, please call us at 573-336-3312 during business hours.

Lynch's Furniture Delivery/Pick Up Protocol

Once your purchase is completed you will choose between having your items delivered or picking up your items. Picking up your items is free of charge, delivery of your items will be an additional charge and you will choose between 3 pricing options.

You will receive a phone call from our Delivery Staff the day prior to setup and confirm a 2-3 hour window for your delivery.

Picking Up Your Items: The Office staff will let you know when your items are available to be picked up. A member of Lynch’s Staff must be present to load your items out. Customers can not load out their own items unless it has been approved by Lynch’s staff.

All pick up items will be loaded out in the U-Shaped Dock area. Items cannot be loaded out through the main store entrance.

Lynch’s staff will bring your items to the loading dock for you and then it is your responsibility to get the items loaded into your vehicle or trailer. You can ask Lynch’s staff to assist loading your items but Lynch’s will not be responsible for any damages that may happen while loading your furniture into your vehicle. Once the items have left the Lynch’s loading dock, those items are the customer's responsibility.

If Lynch’s staff feels they will damage furniture or the customers vehicle while assisting with the load out, they reserve the right to not assist.

It is the customers responsibility to strap or tie down all of their purchased items.

Lynch’s is not responsible for any damages that may occur attempting to load items into you vehicle.

Delivery Options (30 Mile Radius):

  • 1. Drop-Off — $75: Our delivery team will deliver your furniture to your front porch or your garage. This option does not include any set up of furniture or hauling any items away.
  • 2. Basic — $100: Our delivery team will deliver all your items into your home and perform all required assembly. This excludes Bunk Beds and Futons that will require an additional $29 to assemble. This option does not include hauling away any furniture.
  • 3. White-Glove — $129: Our delivery team will deliver your furniture to your front porch or your garage. This option does not include any set up of furniture or hauling any items away.

Delivery Outside of 30 Mile Radius:

  • 1. Drop-Off — $150
  • 2. Basic — $200
  • 3. White-Glove — $250

What to Expect on Delivery

Before your furniture arrives, determine where you would like it to be placed and ensure the area is cleared. Please measure doorways, hallways, etc. and make adjustments as needed, especially if you are expecting oversized pieces.

Our delivery team will call before heading to your home. Please restrain all pets, no matter how friendly, for both their safety and the safety of our delivery team.

The delivery team will not move your furniture to other places in your home. Our insurance covers our delivery team delivering your purchase into your home and hauling away your previous furniture. If furniture needs moved within the home, that is the customers responsibility. If old furniture is in the way of where the customer wants new furniture, the delivery team will not move the old furniture and they will sit the new furniture in the most convenient area.

Our team reserves the right to not enter your home if they feel it is un-sanitary or dangerous. If our team feels this is the case, they will drop off your furniture outside of your home. This is non-negotiable, please make sure your home is sanitary.

The delivery team will call prior to heading to your home. If the customer is not home to receive the purchased items in a timely manner, the delivery team will attempt to call by phone again. If no one is home, the delivery team will leave small items on the front porch. If the delivery is bigger items the delivery team will go on with their day and the customer will need to re-schedule delivery for another day. If the delivery team moves on with their day, there will be an additional delivery charge of your original charge for re-scheduling your delivery. You will NOT receive a refund for your initial delivery.

Hauling Off Furniture

Before your furniture arrives, determine where you would like it to be placed and ensure the area is cleared. Please measure doorways, hallways, etc. and make adjustments as needed, especially if you are expecting oversized pieces.

Before our delivery team arrivals, have all furniture that needs hauled off un-assembled and ready to be taken away. If possible, have the item waiting outside or closest to the nearest exit.

Our delivery team will only haul off clean furniture. If it is determined that the furniture is not in shape to be hauled off, our team will let you know. EX - Very dirty mattress with bodily fluid stains or risk of bed bugs on mattress.

The potential haul off items must be able to fit through the hallways and doors of the house. Our team will not take your haul off apart in order to get it out the door; that will be the customers responsibility.

Lynch’s will not haul away TV’s, appliances, or water beds.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Please Note: Our selling radius in a 60-mile radius of St. Robert, MO. In-state orders will be charged 8.725% sales tax. Our local sales tax will apply to all orders.
